Why we publish prices when nobody else does
We looked at roughly twenty appliance repair companies serving Pasco County. Four publish a diagnostic fee. None publish labour rates. One national franchise runs a page titled “Upfront Pricing” that contains no dollar figures at all.
Flat-rate pricing already exists in this trade — every shop prices off a flat-rate book in the back office. It simply never gets shown to the customer. We show it. And because Florida taxes the whole invoice, parts and labour together, whenever any part transfers to you, we quote tax-inclusive so the number you’re told is the number you pay.

Where we go
