Is there a travel or mileage fee?
No. The flat rate is the same in Connerton as it is in Cheval, and there is no mileage charge anywhere inside the service area.
I am just outside the radius — will you still come?
Usually not, and we would rather say so than book a window we cannot hold. Call anyway and we will tell you who covers your area.
My community is gated. Does that slow things down?
Only if we do not know in advance. Tell us the community when you book and we arrange access ahead of the window rather than losing twenty minutes at the callbox.
