Book a Two-Hour Window

Two-hour windows, not all-day. Your technician’s name goes on the booking, and you get a text with their photo thirty minutes before they arrive.

What we need from you

  1. The appliance and the symptom — “LG French door, freezer is cold, fridge is warm” is perfect.
  2. The model and serial number if you can get to it. Inside the fridge on the left wall, on the door frame of a dishwasher, under the lid of a washer. This one step is why we can bring the part on the first visit instead of coming back.
  3. Your community and whether it’s gated. If you’re in Rose Pointe, Stonegate, Lakeshore Ranch, Del Webb Bexley or a Cheval sub-association, tell us — we arrange access ahead of the window rather than losing twenty minutes at the callbox.
  4. Whether you’re on county water or a private well. It changes the diagnosis on ice makers, dishwashers and washer inlet valves more than people expect.

How urgent is it, really

Appliance Realistic urgency
Refrigerator not cooling Hours. Say so when you call and we prioritise the window.
Chest or upright freezer 24–48 hours of safe holding if you keep it shut. Don’t open it.
Washer leaking Same day — shut the supply valves at the wall now.
Dryer not heating, or hot to the touch Same day. Stop using it. This is usually a vent restriction and it’s a fire risk.
Oven, dishwasher, ice maker Days to weeks. We’ll book you a window that suits you rather than pretending it’s an emergency.

Hours

Monday to Friday 7am–8pm, Saturday 8am–4pm. After-hours calls before 7am or after 8pm add $75. We don’t run a Sunday service, and we’d rather tell you that than take a booking we won’t keep.

Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, Wesley Chapel & Trinity

$99 diagnostic, waived in full when you approve the repair. Two-hour arrival windows with your technician named in advance.
