This page explains what information Appliance Repair Land O’ Lakes collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect when you book
When you call or submit a booking request we take your name, service address, phone number, email address if you give one, and a description of the appliance and the fault. We collect this because we cannot send a technician to an address we do not have. We keep the service record so that if the same appliance fails again we can see what was done last time.
What we collect when you visit the site
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That places cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view and general information about your device. We use it to understand which of these pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
Your browser can block or delete these cookies at any time and the site will keep working normally.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not share your details with lead-generation companies or marketing lists.
- We do not text or email you marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Only where the job requires it: a parts distributor when we order a part against your model number, or a manufacturer when a repair is covered under warranty. In both cases we share the minimum needed to complete your repair.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept for seven years, which is what Florida practice and our own warranty on labour and parts require. Booking enquiries that never became a job are deleted after twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we are required to keep a record of work performed. Call (813) 566-0050 and ask for your record.
