Every price on this page is a flat rate, quoted before we start, with parts included where noted and Florida sales tax already inside the number. If a job falls outside these ranges we tell you before we touch anything, and you can decline and pay only the $99.

The diagnostic fee

• $99 — standard diagnostic visit, any appliance
• Waived in full when you approve the repair
• $0 if we conclude the appliance isn’t worth repairing
• $49 for each additional appliance looked at on the same visit

Why the tax is inside the price

Florida taxes the entire invoice — parts and labour together — whenever any tangible part transfers to you. Itemising the labour separately does not avoid it. Most shops quote a labour figure and add tax at the door, which is why the number you were told is never the number you pay. Ours already includes it.

What isn’t included

• Parts on premium and restricted-distribution brands are quoted at cost plus the labour rate shown
• After-hours (before 7am or after 8pm) adds $75
• Commercial equipment is quoted separately
• We don’t charge a trip fee on top of the diagnostic, and we don’t charge mileage inside our service area

Would a home warranty be cheaper?

Usually not. Against 2026 appliance-only warranty pricing, you need roughly five covered repairs in a single year before the plan pays for itself — the full arithmetic is on our home warranty or pay per repair page.
