Brands We Service — and the Ones We Don’t

Most appliance repair sites claim every brand. That claim is free, so it’s worthless. Here is our actual parts and certification position. It includes the brands we turn away and the phone number of the company you should call instead.

Brand Our position What that means for you Parts on truck
Whirlpool · Maytag · KitchenAid · Amana Parts stocked Same-day fix on roughly 80% of first visits. This is the most common family in Del Webb Bexley, Epperson D.R. Horton homes and Pulte sections of Starkey Ranch. Yes
GE · GE Profile · Café Parts stocked Same-day on most common faults. Dominant in Taylor Morrison and Lennar-built homes across Connerton, Concord Station and Starkey Ranch. Yes
Frigidaire · Electrolux Parts stocked Heavy in Pasco new construction. We carry the common failures. Yes
Bosch · Thermador We service, parts ordered Diagnosis same-day; parts typically 2–4 business days through Reliable Parts in Tampa. Limited
Samsung · LG We service, parts ordered Diagnosis same-day; parts usually 2–5 business days. Both makers restrict service documentation and parts distribution to their own networks. We won’t pretend the wait isn’t real. Limited
Sub-Zero · Wolf · Cove We are not factory certified Call High-End Service in Largo, (727) 524-2210. They are the factory-certified servicer for Pasco and Hillsborough, and warranty work has to go through them.
Viking · Miele · La Cornue We don’t work on these We’d be guessing. Ask us and we’ll give you two names of shops that won’t be.

Why we bother telling you this

Because you can check it in thirty seconds. Every manufacturer publishes a service locator. If a company claims factory certification on Sub-Zero and it isn’t on Sub-Zero’s own locator, you’ve learned something about that company that has nothing to do with refrigerators.

We looked at the appliance repair sites serving this market. One claims to be “factory-trained and certified on all major brands” including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador, with nothing to back it. Several more list Sub-Zero among a hundred-plus brands. Sending you to the company that actually holds the certification costs us that job and buys us the next one.

Why builder brand matters here

Pasco County is production-builder country, and several of the big builders hold documented exclusive appliance supply contracts. That means we can often predict what’s in your kitchen from who built your house — which is the difference between finishing on the first visit and ordering a part:

  • D.R. Horton signed a five-year exclusive with Whirlpool effective 1 January 2020 covering Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag and KitchenAid
  • PulteGroup and Del Webb have run a Whirlpool exclusive since October 2010
  • KB Home extended its Whirlpool and KitchenAid exclusive in November 2018, a relationship over twenty-five years old
  • Taylor Morrison has held an exclusive GE Appliances contract covering its Florida communities since 2007, renewed in 2016
  • Lennar ran a GE single-source agreement through 2014; current packages centre on GE with Electrolux and Frigidaire in some trims

Semi-custom builders — Homes by WestBay, M/I Homes, Arthur Rutenberg — let buyers pick, so there’s no brand to predict. In those homes we ask for the model number when you book.
